Yannick Klein

Psychologist (MSc) and Sports Psychologist (MSc)

Besides my great interest in psychology, music and languages, sport has always fascinated me. As an outdoor fitness instructor in Cologne, my groups and I have regularly experienced the beneficial effects of exercising in natural environments on body and mind.

Today, I work as a PhD student in the Stenfors Lab at the Department of Psychology, Stockholm University. In my research I investigate associations between access and exposure to natural environments and mental health outcomes.

In addition to my work at the university, I offer live and online coaching sessions and workshops. Here I combine and apply theory from clinical, work and organizational, as well as sports psychology, in order to develop holistic solution strategies for various topics in mental training.
