About me

Dr. Yannick Klein

I am a psychologist, listed expert in sport psychology, and systemic coach.

I am passionate about translating psychological science into meaningful improvements in everyday life. With a practical, person-centered approach, I support people through periods of change in strengthening their well-being, growing personally, and performing with confidence.

I truly enjoy the kind of trusting relationships that develop in my work. Exploring what matters to my clients, finding fresh perspectives, and taking small steps towards a life that feels meaningful, is what drives me and makes me happy. Win-win !

How I work

We start with the challenges you are facing and what you would like to get out of coaching. From there, we set a clear direction while leaving room for whatever comes up along the way.

I ask questions, offer honest feedback, and provide exercises tailored to your needs. Together, we turn our conversations into ideas you can try out in everyday life. Between sessions, you can explore these, notice what happens, and bring those experiences back into our conversations.
