I work as an employed PhD candidate in the Stenfors Lab at the Department of Psychology, Stockholm University. In my research, I investigate associations between the exposure to natural environments and mental health outcomes.
In addition to my work at the university, I offer mental training sessions and workshops, online and in-person. For the development of individualized and holistic solution strategies for various topics in mental training, I combine and apply theory from clinical, work and organizational, as well as sports psychology.
